First time I ever heard of Tao Porchon-Lynch
was while reading one of my favorite blogs Zen & Genky , who did a blog post on photos taken of Tao Porchon -Lynch, by the amazing photographer Robert Sturman. I instantly fell in love with her and the incredible photos!
Tao Porchon-Lynch is a beautiful, inspiring yoga teacher – and 93 years old!!!
After a hip replacement her doctor told her ” you wont be able to do this and you wont be able to do that” and she answered ” I don’t want to hear what you think I will not be able to do, because I don’t believe it”
This photo is taken by the Robert Sturman in Central Park.
Then this morning my friend Pat sent me a YouTube with this remarkable woman and I wanted to share it with you.
